SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

1. Domestic Shipping Costs

As we are an Australian business which creates its products and ships from Australia, we can offer free shipping to our customers located in Australia.

2. International Shipping Costs

Due to the inflated price on shipping outside the Australian borders, we unfortunately have to pass on the shipping costs to our International Clients.  These match the prices that we are quoted, these are not inflated by us in any way.

3. Offsite Manufacture Delays

Some of our Apparel products are made to order in offsite locations, due to this some of our shipments (if ordering these items as well as our Fragrance lines) can be delayed up to two weeks from order date.  We apologise for these delays but due to the items being made we are unable to change this at this time.

RETURN OF FRAGRANCE

1. Due to the subjectivity of scent and fragrance, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on products 'not liked'.  We therefore recommend the purchase of a sample size of our Parfum Oils or EDPs before buying a full size product.

1a. Exception - If you have used our product and have an adverse health reaction to it (firstly, immediately discontinue use), we are happy to take the product back and offer a full refund including return postage.

2. DOA Products will be seen on a case by case basis with communications with courier company.

RETURN OF APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

1. We are happy to take returns and refund any product which is deemed defective upon arrival and will liase with manufacturer to replace product where applicable or refund upon return.
